We confirm the scope, estimated price and fitting plan before work begins.

Approved drawings and fabric choices guide the final garment.
Order policy
Clear terms for a made-to-measure order
We take measurements at the fitting and record the agreed design in writing. A booking becomes active when you accept the quotation and pay the stated deposit. Work starts after that payment clears. The remaining balance is due before collection or dispatch. Small changes may be agreed during fittings, though they can alter the price or completion date.
Colours can vary between screens and fabric batches. We use the approved sample as the reference.

Materials and changes
Fabric availability can affect a proposed design, so we confirm substitutes with you first.

Fittings and collection
Please attend booked fittings promptly and check the garment before taking it home.

Cancellation rights
Tell us promptly if you need to cancel. Your legal rights depend on the work started and the garment's stage of completion.
